Privacy policy
This page is being reviewed before the website launches. It is not a statement of legal compliance or accessibility certification.
The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number only so the clinic can contact you. Do not provide medical information. The website does not use advertising trackers or session recordings.
When a form is submitted, valid campaign tags and the landing page, if present, are saved to understand the enquiry source. Valid tags are stored temporarily in the browser tab for up to 30 minutes. Full referrer URLs, other link parameters and browsing history are not stored. This information is sent to the clinic only when the form is submitted.
Optional Instagram preview
On the contact page, you can choose to load the clinic’s Instagram profile. It does not load automatically. Once selected, your browser connects to Meta, which may receive browsing data and use cookies under its policy. You can close the preview at any time; closing removes it but does not delete data already sent to Meta. Your choice to load it is not saved for your next visit.
Booking through Odoro
The appointment page embeds an external Odoro system. Loading it connects your browser to this provider. Details entered there are sent to Odoro to arrange your appointment, subject to the notices and terms shown in that system. You can also request a callback from the clinic through the website form.
Information used to call you back
Dr. Maher Hijazi’s clinic uses your name, phone number, selected service and request details to contact you and manage your enquiry. Providing details is voluntary; without contact details we cannot call you back through the form. Please do not enter sensitive medical information. The time of consent and the version of the consent wording are also recorded.
Preferences and browser storage
Accessibility preferences are stored locally in your browser, without your name or phone number, and are not sent to the clinic. Use “Reset preferences” in the accessibility menu or clear the website’s browser data to remove them. A marker in the browser tab also prevents the WhatsApp invitation from appearing repeatedly during the same visit.
Campaign tags and security
Valid campaign tags and the landing page are kept in the browser tab for up to 30 minutes and sent only when you submit an enquiry, to identify its source. Browsing history and full referral URLs are not stored. The server processes technical data for operation and abuse prevention; diagnostic logs may include an IP address, request time and browser information.
Access to information and external services
Enquiry details are stored in the clinic’s system for handling by authorised staff. Hosting and operational infrastructure process data to run the website. Links to WhatsApp, Google, MedReviews, Waze and Facebook open external services governed by their own privacy policies. Do not include medical details in a public review that you do not want to make public.
Requests about your information
Contact the clinic using the details below to ask about your information, access it, correct it or request deletion. Deletion is subject to review of the request and any applicable record-retention obligations.
